Beautiful views of Mudeford Harbour, luxurious spa services, stylish room decor

Parking was a nightmare during events!!! High prices for drinks and limited availability of dining options also contributed to a frustrating experience.

It was a suitable option for a transient visit in Christchurch (Dorset) with definitely value for money. The view from the balcony in our room was great. Make sure to reserve a table early at the restaurant for the best seats.

Canoeing from the hotel adds a fun touch to your stay. The spa facilities felt crowded, making it hard to relax.

this hotel was fab, the staff were super friendly and always helpful, food was really good with lots of options at breakfast, our cottage double room was spacious and comfy, the location near the coast was a big plus for us!

had a couple of issues, the spa area was really crowded and the jacuzzi was out of order when we got there.

The room had great amenities like a minibar and tea/coffee maker. A private bathroom with free toiletries. The spa facilities were top-notch with massages and a steam room that were super relaxing. Amazing harbour views added to the experience, making it a memorable stay. Breakfast options were ample and freshly made, perfect for fueling the day.

The elegant décor throughout the hotel made me feel pampered, and the spacious areas were perfect for my mobility, allowing me to navigate comfortably. The vibrant colors and thoughtful layout truly enhanced my experience.

The complimentary gin and tonic was a delightful surprise that made our arrival more special. Ice and lemon delivery to the room was a lovely, thoughtful touch that added to our comfort.

Had an awesome weekend with friends! We loved the stunning views from our room and the pool was perfect after a day of exploring. Checked out the local beach and took a scenic walk on the coast, both were amazing. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Definitely recommend this place for a chill trip.

Only downside was the chaotic parking situation on arrival. It took forever to find a spot near the hotel.

Our group enjoyed a delightful stay with breathtaking views from our Double Room with Harbour View. The terrace was perfect for afternoon relaxation, though be mindful of the £28 corkage fee. Be sure to visit the restaurant for an exceptional dining experience with attentive staff.

My room was cozy with a comfy bed and nice shower. Loved the big windows to let in air, which was a lifesaver during the heat. Everything you need was there—hair dryer, iron, even a mini fan! It felt a bit dated though, and I was expecting more upscale vibes for the price. Just not much luxury in the room itself.

Had a lovely time just outside Christchurch! My room was super comfy with an awesome sea view. The Jetty restaurant was fantastic—best seafood I've had in a while. The only bummer was breakfast kind of dragging. it took forever for coffee. Still, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

I had an amazing time enjoying the spa facilities, especially the mineral salt room and steam room for relaxation. The stunning harbor view from my room left me in awe!
